A total of 480 hours field study was conducted at Filtek Safeway Corporation at U-BIX Compound, Km 21, Barangay Buli, Muntinlupa City. The study aimed to help the student trainee to describe the operations of the company, analyze the management practices, organizational set-up and organizational policies of the company; identify the problems with regard to its organization and management; and recommend feasible solutions to the problems encountered by the firm. Filtek Safeway Corporation is the master franchise holder of the Terminix brand of termite and pest control services. It is one of the leading termite and pest control companies in the Philippines. The company is committed to total customer satisfaction by providing products and services of highest quality attained through continuous improvement in technical approach and management systems. The study covered the organization, management policies, marketing activities and operations of the firm. The study also presented the field study experiences, activities, observation, insights, reflections and the problems encountered by the student during the training period. The analysis of the study was based only on the available information and data provided by the company. As the author spent his 480 hours of field study, he became more familiar with the duties, problems and responsibilities of the staff and officers of the firm and it became a big help for the author to grow intellectually and socially.
