The developers used CSS and Adobe Photoshop for designing the software. The software was evaluated using software evaluation instrument based on ISO 9126 by the students and instructors of the course, IT experts, and an administrator from the Department of Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. Results were tabulated, analyzed, and statistically treated using mean and standard deviation. Based on the results, the application was assessed as excellent which proved that the objectives and requirements of the application were achieved.
