Abstract: BLANCO, TRISHA FAITH L. and PEJI„JIMMILTEL E. Design and Development of an E-Learning System on Animal Production NC H for College of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Natural Resources — Cavite State University. Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Ms. Vanessa G. Coronado. The study was conducted to develop an E-Learning system for the candidates of Animal Production NC II. It is for them to cater an innovative way of learning intended for the preparation of the candidates in support of the training as well as for them to encompass the quality of education and to attain the university's mission to become globally competitive individuals. The research methodology used in the softwvare development was Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM); an agile project delivery framework that is an iterative and incremental approach. It has five (5) phases namely: Feasibility Study, Business Study, Functional Model Iteration, Design & Build Iteration and the Implementation Phases. In supports of systems development Windows 8 64bit Single Language Operating System was used as the development platform; My Structured Query Language (MySQL) for data management and data storage and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the scripting language, Ajax, JavaScript, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JQuery, Sublime Text 3 Adobe Photoshop CC 14.1 for the web application. E-Learning System on Animal Production NC TI is composed of five (5) modules: Account Management, Content Management, Assessment, Communication and Report Modules. The system went through several testing's and evaluations. The software was evaluated using indicators that are rated from one (1) to five (5) wherein 5 is rated as excellent, 4 as very good, 3 as good, 2 as fair and 1 as poor. The system has passed the criterion and met the objectives and its expected output.
