Agdalpen This study entitled “Procedural Due Process Of Law And Its Application Among Law Enforcers And Selected Inmates On Cases Involving Drugs, Murder And Robbery In The Municipality Of General Trias, Cavite” was conducted from the month of June 2015 up to the month of January 2016. Generally, the main objective of this study was to cite whether or not those inmates and those who are with criminal and civil liabilities are subjected to the proper execution of the procedural due process of law of arresting an accused individuals. Specifically, this study aims to: 1.) Know the standard procedure of arresting accused individuals; 2.) Cite the possible situations wherein the procedural due process of arresting accused individuals can be disregarded; 3.) Find out if the inmate participants are fully aware of their rights; and 4.) To ascertain the actions exhibited by the law enforcers to promulgate the said rights of the accused individuals. In order to fulfil these objectives, the researcher employed a narrative and triangulation method of research which enabled her to conduct an interview to her participants which are the inmates and a separate survey on the law enforcers and the public attorneys respectively for validation of the procedures. The interview was voice and video recorded for documentation purposes. However, identities of the inmate participants were not disclosed for privacy purposes which included as an important request on the part of the participants as was written in the consent letter they signed before the interview. The results revealed that the inmates believed that procedural due process of arresting accused individuals were not implemented effectively because their rights were not mentioned to them and they were said to be abused. While the law enforcers said that they were fully implemented and no reasons where given for any procedure to disregard the law. These statements were also validated and corrected by the public attorneys.

This study entitled “Procedural Due Process Of Law And Its Application Among Law
Enforcers And Selected Inmates On Cases Involving Drugs, Murder And Robbery In The Municipality Of General Trias, Cavite” was conducted from the month of June 2015 up to the month of January 2016.
