Bachelor of Science in Psychology Cavite State University,Indang, Cavite. April 2017. Adviser' Cecilia Banaag, Phd RGC, RPsy. This study was conducted from November 2016 to April 2017 at Cavite State University, to find out the relationship between the Academic Performance and the performance in the licensure examination of BS Psychology graduates. The research focused on predicting the factors of performance in the licensure examination of BS Psychology graduates. Specifically, this study sought to determine the performance in each area in psychology included in the licensure examination and in determining the performance in the four areas of the licensure examination, namely: Area 1(Theories of Personality) Area 2 (Industrial/Organizational Psychology) Area 3 (Psychological Assessment/Testing, and Area 4 (Abnormal Psychology). It also tried to determine the relationship between the graduates' grades in the subjects included in the licensure examination and their ratings in the licensure examination Lastly, it tried to determine the predictors of performance in the licensure examination from the related variables. Means and standard deviation were used to determine the level of academic performance and performance in the licensure examination of BS Psychology graduates. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to determine the relationship of academic performance and performance in the licensure examination, and relationship of grade point average and overall rating in the licensure examination. Lastly, Full Regression Model and Stepwise Regression Model were used to determine the predictors of performance in the licensure examination. Based on the findings of this research, it was determined that all of the qualifiers an the licensure examination has a good academic performance while the non-board passers had a very satisfactory academic performance. It was also found out that only their grades in theories of personality could predict their performance in the licensure examination.
