Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University — Imus Campus Imus City Cavite. April 2013. Prepared under the supervision of Ms. Se-Ann H. Irog. This study aimed to determine the level of perceived spiritual maturity and perceived Christian leadership among selected Born Again Christians in Bacoor City, Cavite. It aimed to: 1. know the demographic profile of the participants; 2. determine the level of perceived spiritual maturity; 3. determine the level of perceived Christian leadership; 4. know the relationship between the level of perceived spiritual maturity and demographic profile in terms of age, gender, educational attainment and years of membership; 5. know the relationship between the level of perceived Christian leadership arta demographic profile in terms of age, gender, educational attainment and years of membership; and 6. know the significant relationship between the level of perceived spiritual maturity and Christian leadership of the participants. The selected participants consisted of 316 Born Again Christians in Bacoor City, Cavite. The researcher gathered the data by personally administering the instrument to the participants to determine the level of spiritual maturity and Christian leadership. Frequency counts, percentage and cumulative percentage were used to summarize the data of the demographic profile of the participants. Chi-square test for independence and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were used to know if there is significant relationship between: demographic profile and perceived spiritual maturity, demographic profile and perceived Christian leadership, and perceived maturity and perceived Christian leadership. Based on the results, majority (57.28%) of the participants ranged from 13 to 20 years old and there were more (56.33%) females than males. Also, majority (36.39%) of the participants obtained secondary level in educational attainment, majority (57.91%) of the participants are in 1 to 5 years of membership, and most (26.58%) of them are in music ministry. It was also found out that the level of perceived spiritual maturity of the participants is high (57.28%) and the level of Christian leadership of the participants is moderate (47.15%). The results also revealed that there is significant relationship between age and level of perceived spiritual maturity while gender, educational attainment and years of membership and perceived spiritual maturity were not significantly related. In terms of perceived Christian leadership and demographic profile of the participants, it was revealed that there is no significant relationship. Lastly, it was found out that there is a strong positive relationship between perceived spiritual maturity and Christian leadership.
