ARGUELLES, FAY and ESPIRITU, NANCY, "Salted Egg Production" An rise Development Project, Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Cavite e University, Indang, Cavite April 1999. Adviser: Mr. Florindo C. Hagan.
A three—month enterprise development project was conducted at Alingaro, neral Trias, Cavite from November 1998 to February 1999 to develop the student’s capabilities in managing small business enterprise. During the conduct of the study, the students were exposed to the different activities in production. Data were collected through actual participation in the operation. The project encountered some problems such as delayed payment of the customers. This can be solved by giving surcharges from due accounts so that the customers will be forced to pay their accounts on time. The partners limit their accounts receivables to supply their succeeding operations. Another problem that the students encountered was the undesirable color of eggs during production of salted egg. It was found out that this was due to the cleaning process. It was not advisable to use rough materials because it was very difficult to dye the egg. The use of this rough materials was there for avoided. Instead, the cleaning of eggs is hand washed only.
