Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management. Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. April 2016. Adviser: Ms. Glenda S. Pena. An enterprise development project was operated for 88 days or three months at Cavite State University, Indang Cavite from November 17, 2015 to February 29, 2016. The general objective of the project was to apply the gained knowledge in Business Management through practical application so the students will have the exposure of dealing with customers. Specifically, the project aimed to determine the project's profitability, to be able to describe the strategies used in producing and marketing embutido products, measure the profitability of an embutido marketing venture, identify problems encountered by small scale food establishment and suggest feasible solution to the problems. A starting capital of P20,000 that was equally shared by the entrepreneurs was used to start the business. The enterprise was in the form of partnership. The responsibilities, operations and decisions concerning the vital aspect of the business were equally distributed and shared by the entrepreneurs. The project covered the functional management areas such as planning, organizing, controlling, leading, production, marketing and finance. By conducting this project, the entrepreneurs gained knowledge and skills in the actual business operation such as, decision making, organizing, business strategies and customer relations. For three months of operation, Krislie's Special Embutido had generated total sales of P54,780.00, a net income of P7,079.50, cost of food sales amounting to P33,449.07 and the operating expense amounting to P11,749.84.
