The study was designed to find out the experiences of married couple on their long lasting relationship in Cavite.
The narrative analysis of research was used in the study. The participants of the study consisted of five married couples who reached their 40 years and above of marriage. Snowball sampling technique was used to identify the number of participants.
The result of the narrative analysis indicated that most of the participants who reached their 40 years and above of marriage that their relationship was filled with love, understanding, give and take, and "sunuran". Moreover the findings showed that participant's relationship after married were more focused on their children. The results revealed that love is not enough to make relationship last longer but two lovers who will never leave each other in good and even in bad times.
