Based on the results, majority of participants were females with an age raging from forty (40) years old to sixty-five (65) years old. All of participants were engaged with small business, both sari-sari store and carinderia, for the past five years. From the results, the researcher has seen that the business life of the small-scale entrepreneurs in the Municipality of lndang, Cavite was comfortable and convenient before the implementation of TRAIN Law in the country. Before the new tax reform has been applied, the participants were still experiencing problems, but they are more likely to solve this problem. The result also shows that the most problem encountered by the participants was the increase of prices in basic commodities due to the short-term impact of TRAIN Law. The solution made by the participants on their problems was to increase their investment on their business so that their problems will not turn out worse
