Sangalang This study was conducted to isolate and identify the fungi associated with weeds from a coffee-based farming system. A total of 24 fungi were isolated from five species of weeds, namely: tagulinao, pansit-pansitan, damong-mabaho, sampasampalukan and sigang-dagat. Eight genera of fungi were identified. They belonged to genus Fusarium, Aspergillus, Acremonium, Helminthosporium, Botrytis, one to Phytophthora, Polysphondylium and Cercospora. The remaining nine isolates were unidentified.

This study was conducted to isolate and identify the fungi associated with weeds from a coffee-based farming system.
