The study “Effects of Different Storage Methods on the Postharvest. Life of Eggplant"' was: conducted in Indang, Cavite to determine the effect of different storage methods on the postharvest life of eggplant.
The findings showed that the effects of different treatments used in the study varied significantly.
Treatment 2 (moist sawdust) attained the longest. Number of days. from storage to deterioration with a mean of 10.33 days. Meanwhile, 7g (refrigeration) attained the lowest loss in weight with a mean of 10.15 grams.
