A three-month field study was conducted at Belardo's Garden, an ornamental farm located at By-Pass, Silang, Cavite to give the trainee a chance to apply his theoretical knowledge in agribusiness management to real life situation. Problems were identified and feasible solutions were recommended. It was found out that problems on production activities encountered by the farm were due to the absence of schedule of daily activities. Production volume also decreased due to lack of skilled laborers and water shortage. The farm should develop a schedule of daily activities to guide workers to facilitate assigned tasks. It should likewise hire skilled laborers to propagate the plants to meet the increasing demand for ornamentals. A water tank should likewise be constructed to serve as an additional water reservoir to solve the problem of water shortage.
