Undergraduate Case Study, Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Don Severino Agricultural College, Indang, Cavite, April 1994. Adviser: Miss Lina C. Abogadie. A three-month field study was conducted at Santer Green Farm, a producer of assorted leafy vegetables, herbs and spices in Lalaan ist, Silang, Cavite to apply gained knowledge and skills in agribusiness management to real life Situation and experiences. During the conduct of the study, Problems were identified and possible solutions were recommended. Information and data were gathered through observation, Personal interviews with the workers’) and from the Orientation given by the firm. Other data were taken from the files of the firm. It was found out that the farm has a problem regarding their workers. Some worked just for a short period of time and left after acquiring training. Also, the company has an insufficient number of workers. This affects its production activities. It is recommended that the company should hire additional laborers and give them adequate benefits such as SSS and food allowance.
