Receivables from those who promised to use coffee as mode of payment must be collected before the end of the coffee season. The marketing performance of the firm was smooth. However, it can be further improved if billboard will be placed on the firm's location. This will inform more non-resident customers that the said establishments existed in that area. The manager need to focus more attention on financial aspect of the firm. To lessen receivables, she should set deadline of payment for all overdue accounts. In terms of reducing payables, the manager should allocate budget for returning customer deposits to lessen interest expense. This may be done if large portion of receivables will be collected.
