Abstract: MASANGCAY, LuzvimrN CATINDIN, "HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF ASAMA REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION," Undergraduate Case Study, Bachelor of Science in Business Management, major in Marketing, Cavite State University, Indang,Cavite. March 2000.Adviser: Mr. Adonis N. Menez. A case study was conducted at Asama Realty and Development Corporation located at Brgy. Mataas na Lupa, Indang, Cavite.The study described and analyzed the performance of the firm in terms of human resource management such as recruitment of employees, training and development, employee compensation, changes in employees status, discipline of employees, promotion and human resource planning. The different problems of the firm were also identified and feasible solutions to those problems were recommended. Data and information were gathered through the use of company records and files, personal interview with the employees of the firm. Asama Realty and Development Corporation produces concrete hollow blocks and involved in realty business. Its organization was composed of qualified officials. The company only hired applicants with knowledge, skills and experience in the field of specified. Some employees were transferred to position more suited to them. They were promoted to a higher position as a reward for their good performance. On the whole employee were satisfied in terms of basic pay and other benefits that made them more dedicated to their work. The company imposed disciplinary actions fairly and justly whenever an employee commits violations of the company policies, rules and regulations.
