Practicum Narrative Report Manuscript. Master in Information Technology (MIT). November 2012. Adviser: Ms. Charlotte B. Carandang. The practicum was conducted at Cavite State University — Rosario from October 2011 to May 2012 with 500 hours completed. The developer used Microsoft Visual Basic.Net for the interface and MySQL for the system's backend. As a result, the developed system was evaluated for possible deployment in the University. The criteria used are: functionality, content, reliability, availability, maintainability and saleability. The evaluators were composed of the IT instructors, students, and possible users in the offices of Registrar, Accounting, and Cashier. The new system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all the requirements of the software. It provides solution to the problems identified from the traditional transaction of enrollment of the University. Furthermore, the modules of the system were designed toward a fullblown enrollment system of Cavite State University-Rosario. The trainee finished the training on the given period of time and developed a system called Computerized Student's Statement of Account and Collections Recording System of CvSU-Rosario.
