Undergraduate Enterprise Development Project. Bachelor of Science in Business Management - Major in Marketing. Cavite State University, Imus, Cavite. April 2008, Adviser: Mrs, Priscilla C. Casimiro. An enterprise development project named KaRosEl Food Enterprise was conducted at Kilometer 18 Aguinaldo Highway Bacoor, Cavite from February 1-29, 2008. The project aimed to: apply the theories and principles of marketing in handling a business; obtain managerial skills in business; identify the problems encountered in operation of the business and propose possible solutions to the problems. The initial capital of P12, 540.04 was equally shared by the members to finance the purchase of raw materials, rental of equipment’s, salary of helper, tools, transportation payment for the utilities and rental for the production area. There were several processes involved in the operation of the bakery business such as preparation of raw materials, mixing of ingredients, molding, baking and packaging. The product was distributed to canteens at the Cavite Export Processing Zone Authority (CEPZA), lmus Pilot Elementary School and Café Esperanza. The delivery of the products was done every Monday. The enterprise earned a total sale of P15, 815 during the entire operation. The total cost of goods sold amounting to P11, 202.79 was incurred and a net income of P2, 534.12 was realized.
