Crizaldo (Adviser) This study examined the attitudes of Cavite State University Science High School students towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science School Year 2008 — 2009. This study is a replication of Bernardo, Garcia and Suarez). This study adopted language diversity however, high school students where used as the respondents. This study generally aimed to determine the attitudes of Cavite State University Science High School students towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science. Specifically, this study aimed to determine the demographic profiles of the respondents in terms of a) gender, b) year level and c) socioeconomic status; to determine the attitudes of Cavite State University Science High School students towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science when grouped according to a) gender, b) year level and c) socioeconomic status; and to determine significant differences between the attitudes of Cavite State University Science High School students towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science and a) gender, b) year level and c) socioeconomic status. The respondents in this study were composed of all the students of Cavite State University Science High School in the school year 2008-2009. A questionnaire was used by the researchers to determine the attitudes of the respondents towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and The Extraction method through the Principal Component Analysis was used in finding the components of the study. It was also used to find the loading for each component. F-test or One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was used to test the significance of the difference between the attitudes of the respondents towards language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science and a) gender, b) year level and c) socioeconomic status. The findings showed that there was no significant difference existing between the attitudes of the students and the father's type of employment. On the other hand, significant differences existed between the attitudes of the students and gender, year level, annual family income, birth order, mother's type of employment, existence of telephone, internet connection, television set, radio and reading materials at home. Majority of the respondents, especially the males were in favor in the use of language diversity in the teaching of English, Mathematics and Science.
