Abstract: BUHAY, CLARISSA B. Work Profile, Level of Commitment to Public Service and Aggression Level of Selected Jeepney Drivers Routing from SM Dasmarinas to Dasmarinas Bayan. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Cavite State University. April 2013. Thesis Adviser: Mr. Renato T. Agdalpen. The study was conducted in order to: (1) determine the work profile of participants as to the, owner of the jeep, as the driver only of the jeep, years as being driver, educational attainment, driver's license code, and age; (2) determine the level of commitment to public service; (3) determine the level of aggression in terms of physical and verbal; and (4) determine the relationship between work profile and commitment, work profile and aggression, and commitment and aggression of selected jeepney drivers routing from SM Dasmarinas to Dasmarinas Bayan. The study used descriptive correlational type of study. The researcher used purposive sampling to select 112 drivers that were only routing via SM Dasmarinas to Dasmarinas Bayan. The result shows that the drivers had a very high level of commitment and shows an average level of aggression. In relationship, the results show that among the sub variables in work profile, the description of work and driver's license code show relationship which can affect the commitment and aggression of the participants.
