Abstract: CORDOVA, MELCHOR NIKO P. and PERIDO, JENIFER S. Development of Three-Dimensional Navigation System for Municipal Hall of General Trias, Cavite. Undergarduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. October 2013. Adviser: Ms.Vanessa G. Coronado. The system, entitled Development of Three-Dimensional Navigation System for Municipal Hall of General Trias, Cavite was developed to provide alternative solution in giving accurate source of information to easily locate the offices and department in the said organization. The system consists of five modules: 1) Directory Module, which provides the visual tour and navigation inside the municipal hall; 2) Information Module, where basic information of the municipal hail takes place; 3) Services Offered Module, which is responsible for the viewing of services name, process, and requirement needed in a particular service; 4) Search of Employee Module, which includes searching and locating of employee inside the municipal hall; and 5) Account Management Module, that contains the level of access of the end user and the administrator of the system. The researchers used the Prototyping Model as their methodology. The phases of this process include data gathering, analysis, design, coding, system prototype, and testing. During the design phase; Google Sketch Up 7 was used for 3D modeling and Unity for 3D rendering, Movie Maker thr video editing, and Adobe Photoshop CS4 for the graphical design. While in coding phase, the following tools were used to develop the system; Visual Basic (VB) 6.0 as programming language and Microsoft Access 2003 for the database. The system was evaluated based on functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability of the software. The acceptance level of the users was stated in the evaluation of the system. With this, success was established in meeting the requirements and expectations needed by the organization.
