Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. October 2014. Adviser: Prof Gener T. Cueno. A three-month Enterprise Development Project was operated from June 20, 2014 to September 17, 2014. The objective of the project was to expose the students in real life business environment and to apply the knowledge in business management through practical applications of the theories. The conduct of the project specifically aimed to describe the strategies that were used in producing and marketing Polvorone Delights products, determine the profitability of Polvorone Delights and to identify the problems encountered all throughout the business operation and suggest feasible solution so as to address the problem. The business was in the form of partnership. An initial capital of P30,000.00 was equally shared by the three entrepreneurs. Polvorone Delights offered splendid array of polvoron products, including the classic polvoron and polvoron cupcakes topped with various designs which were targeted across various wholesalers, retailers, schools, event organizers, events, weddings and birthday parties. To promote the business, the entrepreneurs used both consumer and trade-oriented sales promotion, internet marketing, and personal selling. They also joined trade fairs and exhibit to create awareness to the market. The business was able to generate a total sales amounting to P 71,622 and a net profit of P 33, 576.23 was obtained.
