This study was conducted to determine the cash management decisions of student beneficiaries. It aimed to: (1) describe the characteristics of congressional scholarship beneficiaries in Cavite State University Main Campus; (2) identify the purposes of student scholars as to where the money from the scholarship will be used; (3) determine how much is the scholarship grant received by the scholars; (4) determine the cash management decisions of selected congressional scholarship beneficiaries in terms of expense allocation; and (5) determine the problems being encountered by student beneficiaries in Cavite State University Main Campus. The study was conducted at Cavite State University Don Severino De Las Alas Campus. The sample size was 122 recipients of congressional scholarship. The scholars who received P2500, P5000 P7500, and P10,000 allocated most of their scholarship grant in paying for their educational expenses.
