This study aimed to determine the Level of Family Acceptance, Level of Self Esteem and Level of Social Adjustment of Relapse Female Residents; and to determine the significant relationship between Family Acceptance and Self Esteem; Self Esteem and Social Adjustment; Family Acceptance and Social Adjustment. The researchers used descriptive-correlational design and purposive sampling technique for their sampling procedure. Pearson product-moment correlation was used as statistical tool. A valid and reliable survey questionnaire composed of three parts was used as their research instrument namely: Family Acceptance Scale, Social Adjustment Scale and Cooper smith Self Esteem Inventory to determine the level of family acceptance, self -esteem and social adjustment of relapse female residents. The results showed that relapse female residents from DOH-treatment and rehabilitation center have a high level of family acceptance, level of self -esteem and level of social adjustment. It was concluded that there is weak positive linear relation between family acceptance and self -esteem and there is no significant relationship between family acceptance and social adjustment as well as self- esteem and social adjustment.
