This project was conducted in Barangay Pajo, Alfonso, Cavite from February 6, 2017, to May 13, 2017. The project was performed to develop skills in handling a certain business particularly in salted egg production and determine its profitability. The project was conducted to provide the students an opportunity to gain experience in the actual operation. A total of 5,200 pieces of salted duck eggs were produced. Eggs were bought from an egg dealer in Pampanga. During the three months operation, 4,410 pieces of egg were produced for the production of plain salted egg and 790 pieces for flavored salted egg. The actual operation recorded a loss of 127 pieces due to breakage and spoilage. Final product was distributed in the available market outlets in Alfonso and Indang, Cavite. During the three months of the enterprise, the project incurred a production cost amounting to P47,741.00. On the other hand, the volume of sales amounted to P58,966.00. The net income obtained for the period amounted to PI 1,225.00 which gave a ROI of23.51%.
