This study focuses in the satisfaction level of sports program. Data were collected from the con of Barangay San Agustin 1, Dasmarinas, Cavite. The researchers used descriptive analysis and questionnaire to acquire the data needed for the study. The study explored the demographic profile of people who join the sports prop.am in terms of age, gender, employment status (student, employed, self-employed) and civil status, the level of satisfaction of sports programs and the significant difference between the satisfaction felt by the respondents when grouped based on their demographic profile.
The theoretical framework of this study is based on the disconfirmation of expectation theory. This study has addressed successful service delivery of sports program in the main area of sport facilities and equipment and other sports related activities. To study this problem, researchers used a descriptive thesis and selective data gathering to analyse responses from the respondents. The research results indicate that a difference does not exist between the respondents when grouped based on their demographic profile as well as gender. Differences were found between the age, employment status (student, employed and self-employed) and civil status and there is enough responses to complete the analysis. The researchers conclude that (1) the CO of Barangay San Agustin 1, Dasmarifias, Cavite is giving the best service and offer of sports programs together with the good quality of sports facilities and equipment to the people in the community. (2) In terms of gender, both men and women can enter the world of different sports activities and it showed no effect on how many sports events experienced. This study suggests that future research should focus on the theoretical foundation related to this topic, taking into account the satisfaction level of sports programs in the community.
