Student Information System for Dasmarinas IT Central School Dasmarinas City, District II was designed to provide solutions for the process of the students in enrollment period and in retrieval of the information of the students. The system is responsible for the easy way in admitting of the new, transferee and old students, and retrieval of the information or data of students for the purpose of long time that needed to retrieve data and grading system of the students. The proponents 'used the software development methodology as Iterative Development Process Model (Pressman, 2005). This methodology consists of the following phases: initial planning, requirement phase, design phase, implementation phase, deployment phase, testing phase, and evaluation phase. The system was developed using Visual Studio 2010 (Vb.net) as the server-side programming language, My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as the database. The system was evaluated by 100 participants based on the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Evaluators were composed of students, teachers, IT experts and guidance counselor. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation, met all the requirements and objectives, and exceeds the expectations of the users.
