The study was conducted from October 2017 to December 2018 in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, to have an easy access in applying for admission, scheduling of exam, viewing and updating the records of the student applicants and report purposes. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. analyze the problem faced by the OSAS through admission process and to come up with an accurate, organized and proper solution by developing the system; 2. develop a database to keep all the information of the student applicants; 3. develop the system by using PHP programming and MySQL as a programming language; and 4. test the system through unit, system and acceptance testing.
The study uses XP methodology, system of practices that a community of software developers is evolving to address the problems of quickly delivering quality software, and then evolving it to meet changing business needs. PHP:Hypertext Preprocessor, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript The study uses different tools such as a computer and programming language that use to build the system. The study is limited and not focuses in online examination and online payment of entrance examination. The study has proper scheduling of the date that the student applicants will take the examination.
