A three-month field study was conducted to enable the students to acquire additional knowledge and gain practical experiences in a business company. Specifically, it aimed to identify the cities and responsibilities of the personnel of the bank; learn the various activities of the bank; and identify the problems encountered by the bank and recommend feasible solutions.
Primary data were collected through actual participation and observation of the operations of the bank, and through personal interview with the employees or personnel of the bank. Other relevant information were obtained from the bank's manual and other reading materials. Information collected were the historical background of the bank, organization and management, and services offered by the bank. Financial information was obtained from the office files.
Rural Bank of Naic, Inc. is a financial institution in the form of a stock corporation- It aims to promote and expand the economy in an orderly and effective manner by providing people of Naic with the means of facilitating and improving their productive activities especially in the field Of fanning and fishing. On its 46th year of existence, it has carved a reputation of being a successful bank that is continuously in performing its role of promoting and improving the living condition of the people in the rural areas of the community.
