The study aimed to develop and alternate the existing manual process of department of agriculture for farmers and crop's monitoring system of Amadeo, Cavite, which was conducted from the date of May 2017 up to May 2018. Specifically, it aims to: 1.) develop a module that will be easy to collect and save the information of the farmers; 2.) develop a module that will compile, disperse and arrange the event report; and 3.) create module that can produce reports and that can be used for making every decision easier. The researcher used Iterative as the methodology for this study. Iterative model is a particular implementation of software development life cycle (SDLC) that focuses on an initial, simplified implementation, which then progressively gains more complexity and a broader feature set until the final system is complete. By the used of this method, saving time are available on researchers because of the fact the iterative focuses on timely delivery of final products, and the simplicity of the method is one advantage of Iterative projects. This method introduces five (5) phases; Initial Planning, Concept, Designing, Building, Testing, and Development. This is guideline that helps the researchers to have a comprehensive analysis at certain fundamental conclusion.
