This study was conducted from October 2017 to April 2018 to evaluate the level of implementation of Health Care Services in Cavite Provincial Jail. Specifically, it determines the level of implementation on health care services in Cavite Provincial Jail in terms of accommodation, food, personal hygiene, physical and recreational activities, communicable disease and non- communicable disease; the significant relationship of the two variables. Quantitative method of research was used to describe the level of implementation in terms of health care services. Random sampling technique was used to identify the answers of participants. The total participants of the study were 291 inmates of Cavite Provincial Jail. A self-made survey questionnaire was used as the main gathering tool to this study. Based on the results of the study, the assessment of socio demographic profile of the inmates has no significant relationship on the level of implementation of health care services of Cavite Provincial Jail. It implies that most of the variables was proven "highly implemented" in terms of accommodation; food; personal hygiene, physical and recreational activities, and lastly, communicable and non-communicable diseases. It implies that the participants of the research were satisfied of the health care services in Cavite Provincial Jail. Therefore, the null hypothesis, there is no significant relationship between the socio-demographic profile and level of implementation of health care services in Cavite Provincial Jail. It was concluded that Cavite Provincial Jail provide properly the needs of the inmates in terms of accommodation, food, personal hygiene, physical and recreational activities, communicable disease, and non-communicable disease. Thus study recommends improving and strengthening the quality of service that they give to the inmates. Not only in health care services but in other services.
