The study entitled, Enhancement of Document Tracking System for the Records Office of Cavite State University, aims to hasten the process of finding the location of documents within a contained area in limited time, reduce and minimize the amount of time taken to manually search and locate documents and monitor the documents throughout its life cycle in order to get the report of the movement of the document in time.
The Document Tracking System for Cavite State University Records Office is web-based systems that use to track all the transaction inbound and outbound of work office. Documents are most essential files that needs Records clerk security, track and secure the document passes through different offices. Records Office holds different transaction from colleges, offices, and origin.
The researchers used prototyping methodology because it allows them to create portions of solution to demonstrate functionality and make needed refinements before developing the final solution.
