Parent must be considerate enough in supervising their children not only inside the house but also in their needs in school. They should also know their role as parent and help their children to realize their way of living. It was also recommended to the teachers to render a good relationship with their students because it may also help them lessen to their anxiety. For the future researchers, they should have a broader study about anxiety that will contribute to the knowledge of anyone who is dealing with it.
