The study was conducted from January- February 2019 in selected rehabilitation centers in Cavite to determine the lived experiences of Social Workers. This study generally aimed to determine the live experiences of Social Workers in selected Rehabilitation Centers in Cavite. Specifically, the study also aims to: 1.) Determine the lived experiences of the social workers; 2.) Determine the problems or challenges encountered by the social workers; and 3.) Determine how the social workers give meaning to those lived experiences. The study utilized narrative analysis and used purposive sampling in order to come up with eight (8) Social Workers working in selected rehabilitation centers in Cavite. The results of the study was discussed and analysed in narrative form. The participants elaborated the different programs and services that they offered to the clients. Based on the interview conducted, most of them experienced culture shock in the beginning of working in clinical setting and had a hard time coping with the job as the rehabilitation center social workers. All of them had undergone adjustment with the nature of work. According to the participants, they always encountered different challenges in dealing with the clients and client's family. It was indeed very challenging for them to work with the clients but most of them said that they will continue working in the rehabilitation center because though it was challenging, it was also fulfilling being part of the change in the lives of the clients.
