knowledge on farm management. The general objective of this study is to determine the production, management marketing and financial operations of Buhain' s Farm. I t analyzed the cost and return of orchid production, identified problems encountered by the farm and suggested possible solutions and recommendations.
The study showed that the farm management activities are well planned . The only the problem is that the farm cannot maintain laborers who will stay in the farm for a long period of time.. The problem in production is the lack of technical know—how on how to make p I ants flower easily .To increase the production, the owner should hire a technician to provide the technical know—how in production.
