Adviser: Mr. Florindo C. Ilagan.<br/><br/>A case study on the cattle project of DSAC was conducted from November 1995 to February 1996. The purpose was to enable the student to apply the knowledge and skills gained in agribusiness management to actual situations. Specifically. the study aimed to know the different management practices applied in the cattle production of<br/>DSAC and to assess the profitability of the DSAC Cattle Project and at the same time to identify the problems and different factors affecting the profitability of the<br/>Project.<br/><br/>The study focused on management and organization, production marketing and financial aspects of the proJect- Primary data were gathered through direct observation of the DFDJect's activities and from several interviews made with the project-in—charge, caretaker and student assistants- Secondary data were obtained from the Office of Business Operation (DfiD).<br/><br/>It was observed that the records of the project were not systematically organized. It is therefore recommended that record keeping be given full attention by the management; that it must be systematically organized so as to know the existing problem that the project may have encountered.<br/><br/><br/>
