Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2002. Adviser: Mr. Roderick M. Rupido. A three month case study was conducted at 211 Richnark Bldg. Mindanao Ave. Quezon City to enable the student to apply gained knowledge and skills in business in actual operations. The study analyzed the organization, management, marketing of the firm, identify existing problem face by the firm, and recommended feasible solutions. The problem identified in the production was acceptability of the product to the people sometimes the product is not at once acceptable to the people, and some people want the plan but could not afford it. This can be solve if they try to negotiate with them at the proper time when they have enough income so they could afford a plan they want, they can pay the premium after harvest time, they can pay annually or semi-annually TO survive competition, the company should improve promotion and sales talk, the firm should include some promotional strategies, such as giving benefits that the clients and their beneficiaries get.
