Adviser Dr. Florindo C. llagan<br/><br/>This study was conducted to evaluate the employability skills of office and production employees in selected manufacturing companies at the First Cavite Industrial Estate. It was participated by 231 employees.<br/><br/>The descriptive research design was used in the study and data were collected through a survey having a questionnaire as the instrument. Frequency, mean and percentage were used to describe the profile and employability skills are used to test<br/>the significant difference.<br/><br/>Result showed that the employees had very high level of employability skills but still not at par with the desired level by the employers. Significant differences exist in the level of employability skills when the employees were grouped according to their demographic characteristics.<br/><br/>
