This study was conducted from August 2018 to May 2019 in the Municipality of Naic, Cavite. In accessing the crime rate and in-migration. Specifically, it pursued to answer the following problems: to identify the sociodemographic profile of the selected in and non-migrants in terms of their place of origin, sex, age, educational attainment, occupation and monthly income, to identify the crime rate within 2015-2018 on the following 8-focused crimes of the PNP: murder, homicide, physical injury rape, robbery, theft, carnapping motorcycle and carnapping motor vehicle.

Descriptive quantitative and correlation method of research was used in this study, to be employed in processing the use of gathering data to gather information. The total number of participants in this study were 179 offenders.

It was found out that in the socio-demographic profile of offenders from the municipality of Naic, Cavite, in-migrants are majority of offenders according to their place of origin. Moreover, in terms of Sex, most of the offenders are male in-migrants. Also, in terms of Age, most of the offenders are in-migrant in the age bracket of 31-40 years old are common involved in crime commission. Moreover, in terms of Educational Attainment, most of the in-migrant offender are high school graduate.

Furthermore, in terms of Occupation, most of the in-migrant offender are farmer. On the other hand, in terms of Monthly Income, most of the in-migrant offenders are with an income range of 5,000-9,000.

Further in the category of crimes against person, the typical crime commits were Murder. Lastly in the category crimes against property, the typical crime commits were robbery.
