DIOMAMPO, JANETTE N. The Richville Corporate Tower Condominium Association, Incorporated, 1107 Alabang-Zapote Road, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Field Study Report. Bachelor of Science in Business
Management, major in Economics. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2004. Adviser: Mrs. Marilou P. Garcia.

A field study was conducted at the highest landmark of the heart of Ayala Land’s Madrigal Business Park, Richville Corporate Tower Condominium Association, Incorporated (RCTCAI), from November 3, 2003 to February 6, 2004. The field study was conducted to enable the student to apply the knowledge gained from school in actual business situations, and develop skills through personal observations and experiences.

Data and information were gathered from the files, records and other documentary materials of the company. In addition, some data were obtained through observation on the daily activities of the company. Personal experiences and interviews from the staff also provided vital information about the firm.

A well-structured organization and good management policies have a lot to do with the success of the company. Good management programs motivate people to work hard for themselves and in behalf of the company. Thus, the Richville Corporate Tower put a high premium in dedication for work and service, employee development and growth by providing seminar and education. In this regard, the RCTCAI management plays a major role in the condominium business since they are considered as important money-making force behind the condominium industry.
