PEREY, CAMILLE JOYCE D., PUNZALAN, ROSELYN O., and PIEDAD, DAFNEY ROSE C. Development of Record Management System for Partner Agencies of College of Engineering and Information Technology. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Ms. Vanessa G. Coronado.

The study was conducted from January 2018 to May 2019 at College of Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University — Don Severino delas Alas Campus. The study entitled “Development of Record Management System for Partner Agencies of College of Engineering and Information Technology” was designed and developed to resolve the identified problem in recording, collecting and consolidating, and generating of reports of partner agencies. It specifically aimed to develop a system that provides SIPP coordinator fast recording of information of students and their partner agencies, for the MIS College Officer to ease the burden of collection and consolidation of information of partner agencies of the college and develop a system that can generate report from the data of students and partner agencies.

The researchers used prototyping methodology in the development of the system. Prototyping Methodology is divided into six (6) phases which includes: requirements gathering and analysis, quick design, build prototype, user evaluation, refining prototype and engineer product.

The system is composed of four (4) modules namely: User Account Module. Partner Agency Module, Trainee Information Module, and Report Generation Module. The system had undergone several series of testing and software evaluation. The respondents were composed of students and faculty members of CEIT were determined using simple random sampling technique. In accordance to the results of the evaluation, the system was rated as excellent in terms on the given criteria. It shows that the software met the objectives set by the researchers.
