The study was conducted from August 201 8 to May 2019 at Cavite State University Indang, Cavite to develop an alumni portal for the alumni association. Specifically, the proponents aimed to: l. provide a member portal module that accommodates the registration of alumni; 2. allows the alumni to apply for the Alumni Membership ID; 3.
create a database that will enhance the records of the alumni; and 4. allow access for all alumni through the communication module.
Upon the development of the alumni portal, the researchers used the evolutionary prototyping model that serves as their guide to make the system fully functioning. The system was develop using different software and tools: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. It is composed of the following modules: account management module, event management module, member directory module, communication module and application form module. The system was tested using unit test, integration test and system test.
After the development, the system was evaluated by the respondents who were composed of alumni officers of alumni association, alumni, and IT experts in Department of Information Technology. Simple random sampling was used in the study. The alumni obtained an overall rating of 4.12 denoting a very good result. It signifies that the system passed the respondent's expectations. However, to further improve the system, the following features were recommended: consider connect the web application to the

university portal, include a separate section for the job position and include alumni tracking or tracing.
