The study was conducted at the Supply Officer at the Cavite State University, Main Campus. The study offered an enhanced computerized file management for the procurement of supplies, materials and equipment in Cavite State University and will enhance the existing system that basically improved the file management. The enhanced system had the application of Local Area Networking (LAN) using one central computer, that is the Centralized Management Information System (CIVIIS).Through this, it ensured faster and more efficient processing of the procurement. Different methods were used in developing the system. It included gathering of preliminary data and served as the basis of information to obtain the set objectives of the study. Data Flow Diagram was used as the step-by-step graphical explanation of the flow of the system. Prototyping Paradigm was the paradigm used that provided the guidelines or patterns in building the software product.
