Mojica. <br/>	<br/>	The study was conducted from September 2018 to May 2019 to determine the status of human trafficking in the Republic of the Philippines and Republic of Ukraine. Specifically, the study aimed to determine the forms of human trafficking in the Republic of the Philippines and Republic of Ukraine; to determine the causes of human trafficking in the Republic of the Philippines and Republic of Ukraine and to determine the Governments' efforts to combat human trafficking in terms of laws, institution and programs in the Republic of the Philippines and Republic of Ukraine. <br/>	<br/>Secondary data and related studies were gathered from institutions such as Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking. Additional data were gathered from libraries and reliable online sources. The information regarding the nature of human trafficking in the Republic of the Philippines and Republic of Ukraine were obtained through descriptive research. The results of the study showed that the Philippines had three distinct forms of human trafficking namely sexual trafficking, child soldiers, labor trafficking, and organ trafficking while Ukraine had four distinct forms of human trafficking namely forced labor, sexual trafficking, forced begging, and child soldier. <br/>	<br/>There are thirteen identified causes; eleven of these were present in the Philippines while four of these were present in Ukraine. The Republic of the Philippines had seven distinct laws and two other related laws. Whereas the Republic of Ukraine had only one law pertaining to human trafficking. <br/>
