The Online Pre-registration and Appointment System with SMS Notification for Gateway International School of Science and Technology in Trece Martires City, Cavite was developed to improve the service of the school. The online system can provide new form of transaction in more convenient and safety ways. Also, the system can accept online transactions, forms, payments and set schedules along in printing and organizing reports. The online system has five (5) modules: pre-registration module, appointment scheduling module, SMS-typed notification module, tuition fee module and report generation module. The proponents used Agile methodology which consists of six (6) phases: requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and review. In software evaluation tool, the proponents used ISO 9126 for evaluation sheet. The participants during the system evaluation were composed of ten (10) Information Technology (IT) experts, ten (10) school personnel and fifty (50) parents related to the school. The online system was evaluated with the following criteria such as functionality, reliability, usability, maintainability, efficiency, portability, and user-friendliness. The general result of the evaluation obtained a mean of 4.59 with an interpretation of excellent which means the system passed the evaluation and objectives of the project.
