Student satisfaction is one of the measures of educational effectiveness, whether it occurs online or in a physical classroom. It is an important point in higher education that systematic study can lead to improved student performance, improvements in online teaching practices, and student engagement in their academic programs. This study is conducted to determine if the CVSU Online policy has satisfied the selected CAS Students of Cavite State University - Main. It focused only on 3rd year and 4th year CAS students who enrolled SY 2020-2021 & 20212022. To gather the needed data, a survey questionnaire was used and given to the respondents using google form. Means were calculated and computed accurately to analyze the respondents' answers. The results showed that there are various effects on why the students are satisfied with the CVSU online policy. Most of the respondent students who participated in this study came from BSP with 28%, next is BS BIO with 16%, BAPS with 16%, BSJOURN with 15%, next is BSSW with 13%, BSAM with 8% and last is BAELS with 4% of respondent. Most of the respondents were female with 64% and male with 36%. Students and instructors can work together to lessen the impact of these challenges; students and teachers should keep in touch and keep each other updated about their situation; students may also be motivated by retaining communication with peers and teachers as recommended by the researchers.
