The world faces difficulties managing disasters while making efforts to slowing the spread of COVID-19. This pandemic is already ushering in a host of challenges to many industrial manufacturers. This study investigated disaster management practices on COVID-19 of selected manufacturing companies in the First Cavite Industrial Estate. Through quantitative descriptive-correlational approach, it was found that the manufacturing companies are mostly electronics. These companies were on operation for 9 months to 13 years, while majority operate for 2 years. The total number of employees in the listed companies range from 350-1600. The manufacturing companies in First Cavite Industrial Estate are mostly composed of electronics manufacturers, where majority operate for 2 years with employed workers range from 350-1600. Employees are highly satisfied with the company's disaster management practices on mitigation (reduction), reactive (response) and corrective (recovery), specifically on hand hygiene and workplace sanitation. There is a very weak negative relationship between the profile of manufacturing companies and their disaster management practices on COVID-19, in terms of Line of Business (LOB), number of years of service and total number of employees. Hence, the employee satisfaction and disaster management practices of the manufacturing companies are high. This study recommended to conduct a regular monitoring of the disaster management practices of companies to point out the needs for improvement to ensure health and safety.
