The main objective of the project was to provide a coco jam with a new twist in an affordable price that can satisfy consumers zest in a new way. Specifically, Merim's Flavored Coco Jam aimed to: (1) determine the profitability of a small-scale food business; (2) gain knowledge in managing a small business; and (3) identify the problems encountered in managing the business and make solutions out of it.
