The study used the correlational research design and used the Cochran Sample Size Determination to determine the number of respondents to be chosen for the study. One hundred participants were chosen using quota sampling, 25 students from each section of the BSN program - BSN 3-1, BSN 3-2, BSN 3-3, and BSN 3-4. TO assess the relationship of the variables, the study used different statistical treatments; frequency, percentage distribution, mean, range, median, mode, Chi-Square, Cramer's V, and Sommer’s Delta. Results showed that the highest percentage (53%) of respondents were 22 years old, the majority (82%) were female, have an average (48%) monthly family income of 20, 000 pesos and above, with an average (65%) level of internet connectivity. A total of 73 (73%) respondents participates in online learning, and 27 (27%) respondents participate in blended learning. The overall mode of 4 shows that the respondents have a positive perception on flexible learning strategies in terms of attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction, and compliance. The frequency and the percentage of the academic performance of the Level Ill BS Nursing students showed that 73 percent of the respondents achieved a GPA within the range of 1.50 to 1.99, Chi-Square value of 19.897 and a p-value of 0.069 implies that there is no significant relationship between the perceptions of the nursing students on flexible learning strategies and their academic performance. The results from Chi-Square test for independence showed that there is no significant relationship between the perceptions of nursing students on flexible learning strategies and their socio demographic profile. Meanwhile, the level of internet connectivity of the nursing students Chi Square value of 27.362 and p-value of 0.007 imply that there is a significant relationship between the perceptions of the nursing students on flexible learning strategies and level of internet connectivity of the nursing students, therefore rejecting the null hypothesis. Sommer’s Delta value of 0.002 indicates that there is a significant relationship between the academic performance and the level of internet connectivity. Recommendations were drawn which can be useful in improving the flexible learning management of the nursing students and faculty members, College of Nursing students and faculty members, and the Cavite State University - College of Nursing.
