<br/><br/> 	The study, “Correlation Between Linear Density and Distance of Furrows in Mungbean", was conducted at Calumpang Cerca, Indang, Cavite from August 1977 to November 1977. The study aimed to determine the ideal row spacing for mungbean with respect to plant densities.<br/>	A 432 square-meter lot was used in the experiment. Land preparation was done on August 27, 1977 by plowing and harrowing. Ammosul fertilizer was applied at the rate of 100 kilograms per hectare when the plants were about to flower.<br/>	Treatments were distributed at random and were replicated three times. The entire plantation was carefully observed and freed from weeds from planting to maturity. Harvesting was done on November 2, 1977.<br/>	Treatment ld, distanced at 30 centimeters with 20 plants per linear meter gave the lowest yield, due to its closer spacing and plant densities.<br/>	Treatment 2a, distanced at 50 centimeters with five plants per linear meter gave the highest yield. Plants at this distance grew vigorously and were not crowded thus giving high yield.<br/>
